The corrective materials S and D fall within the shade range of Vita shade A3.
These materials should always be applied in small amounts only and should never be used for the underfiring of pontics or other large-area restorations.
To apply a slightly larger amount of material, dentin or incisal materials can be added, but the firing temperature must then be increased by approximately 20°C.
Natural appearance, aesthetics, striking color brilliance, high translucency, and depth of field—these are some of the most important attributes of our modern two-phase leucite glass-ceramic, INSPIRATION!
Even simple layering techniques enable the reliable and high-quality reconstruction of natural teeth using conventional fusing alloys (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion [CTE] from 13.8 to 14.8 × 10â»â¶ Kâ»Â¹) with a maximum firing temperature of 900 °C. Color and shape stability are maintained even after multiple correction firings.
Optimally matched to our fusing alloys in the PLATINOR®, AUROPLADENT®, ECONOR®, and BEDRA DENT® alloy groups, as well as the non-precious metal fusing alloys of the ecoNEM group, INSPIRATION allows even large ceramic bridges to be successfully fabricated with just a few main firings. The microcrystalline structure of the material produces a distinctly natural appearance, combined with excellent workability, high marginal stability, and extremely low shrinkage.
